Warranty Period

We offer a warranty period of 12 months or 1000 operating hours for all our Diesel-associated products, and a warranty period of 6 months or 500 operating hours for all Petrol-associated products to the original purchasers. The warranty period commences from the day of delivery to the original retail purchaser.

Claim Procedure

If you discover any defects covered by this warranty, please contact LAUNTOP's sales department within thirty (30) days to start the claims process.

Coverage and Exclusions

We will be responsible for replacing or repairing, at our option, without charge for the parts or labor at a location appointed by Launtop, any part of a Launtop product covered by this guarantee that is found to be defective in material or workmanship. However, the following situations are excluded:

a) Products not operated strictly in accordance with the applicable manual;

b) Parts affected, damaged, or depreciated due to misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, neglect, use of unsuitable attachments or non-genuine parts, ordinary wear, rust or corrosion, inadequate transportation, accidents, or service by unauthorized facilities;

c) Consumable parts, including filters, belts, gaskets, packing, fuses, brushes, fuel injection nozzle valves, lubricants, protective zinc coatings, thermostats, ignition plugs, AVRs, and capacitors, are not covered by this warranty.

d) The defect is caused by any modification made by or at the request of the purchaser.

This Warranty does not obligate LAUNTOP to bear transportation fees (including to and from the Service location designated by LAUNTOP) and labor fees during the Warranty process.

Exclusion Statement

We hereby state that all other obligations or liabilities, including special or consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of any Launtop product that fails to operate properly, are hereby excluded except for the warranty mentioned above. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This guarantee confers upon you specific legal rights, and you may also possess additional rights that vary based on different countries and states. No individual has the authority to provide additional guarantees or assume extra obligations on behalf of LAUNTOP (Fujian Everstrong Lega Power Equipments Co., Ltd).
